- Will only ship to a verified address within Continental U.S. only. (No P.O. Box)
- All fixtures, bins, pieces and components are NEW.
- You must have a dock or add $125 to the price if lift gate is required
(4' fixture only).
- The fixture comes assembled, and requires about 30 minutes to unpack, and install. An extra hand would be helpful to help position the fixture.
- Changes in specifications, quantities or lead time may modify prices. All prices are FOB factory and do not include sales tax on items shipped to AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, MA, ME, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA or WI.
- Returned goods subject to 25% restock charge.
- All damage claims or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Purchaser shall be responsible for all of Trade Fixtures / New Leaf's cost of collection, including without limitation Trade Fixtures / New Leaf's reasonable expenses and attorney's fees.
- A late fee of 1.5% per month will be added to all invoice payments not received by the due date. Terms of credit may be withdrawn at any time.
